ORDERING: Please use the manual order form to make your order. You can either email it to me at sales@stephaniestextiles.co.uk or print it off and send it by post together with a cheque made payable to Stephanie Jacobs, at PO Box 48, Lampeter, Carmarthenshire. SA48 9WZ. Or telephone me on 01570422306 with your order. I am happy to have a chat with you if you would rather phone to discuss anything.

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT: Please pay by cheque or postal order made payable to Stephanie Jacobs and ensure that your name, address, cheque card number and expiry date is on the back. Once your cheque has cleared your order will be despatched.

DELIVERY TIMES: Please allow ample time when ordering. I will endeavour to make items as quickly as I can. but I do need time especially for large orders like quilts and wallhangings, plus time to make new smaller stock if necessary. I am happy to discuss anything with you so please feel free to email or phone if you have any queries. Towards Christmas time please allow more time or contact me for availability of products. Either way, once I receive an order, I shall contact you to give you an idea of the timescale.

DELIVERY CHARGES: Orders will be sent by 1st class post unless you would rather have special delivery which will cost an extra £5. Please let me know if you would rather use the latter. UK orders of:

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: I hope you will be happy with your purchase. If however you want to return an item, please do so within 14 days. You are welcome to exchange an item or ask for a refund so long as the item is still in good order. It would be wise to ensure when returning an item that you obtain a certificate of posting should the item get lost in transit. Please also let me know the reason for the return for my own records.

TRADE DESCRIPTION: Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the photos and descriptions of the products, colours, fabrics and sizes may vary slightly. This is because every item is an individually handcrafted piece.
