Because all of my products are handmade they are not always in stock. I do try to keep the website updated with stock levels but if you place an order for a product that is not currently available I will contact you (via email or phone) to confirm the likely delivery timescale. For products that need to be made this is usually three weeks (although a bit longer for bigger items). If this is not acceptable to you, please contact me prior to ordering by email or telephone.
